After spending the last few years honing their ‘sound’, Mob Tactics – also known as Luke Bugden & Mark Sims, are starting to catch people's attention. After several releases on labels such as RUN DNB, Traffic Music & their own imprint, Tactical Recordings, they now have a brand new batch of releases in the pipeline, ready to drop.

Artists like BTK, Crissy Criss and Dose all snapping up tracks for their labels, and remix requests to boot – the duo are busy!Luke and Mark first met in 2009 when Luke, who was running the Music Department at Chemical Records, signed Mark aka The Funktion, to their in-house imprint, RUN DNB.

After realising their musical/alcohol tastes were so similar, the two decided to get in the studio. That weekend they managed to knock out ‘Stick-Up Kid’ & ‘Gunjack’ which went on to gain support from the likes of Hype, Crissy Criss, Bailey & Audio, and eventually came out on Traffic Music.

Mob Tactics was born.Fast forward a few years and they’re at it full-bore. Although living 80 miles apart, most weekends are spent at Mob Tactics HQ, jumping around like idiots, drinking vodka and making the occasional tune! With an increasingly busy DJ/release schedule, things are hotting-up for Mob Tactics.
