Add to FavoritesSidewalk Prophets is a Christian contemporary music band from Nashville, Tennessee. The band, whose members are Dave Frey (lead vocals), Cal Joslin (bass guitar), and Daniel Macal (lead guitar), won the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for New Artist of the Year in 2010.
Their 2009 album, These Simple Truths, was their first major-label album and included their hit singles "The Words I Would Say" (#3 on the U.S. Christian chart) and "You Love Me Anyway (#1 on the U.S.
Christian chart). Sidewalk Prophets has had the honor of touring alongside such renowned Christian music artists as Tenth Avenue North, Newsboys, MercyMe, and Jeremy Camp. In May of 2020, after nearly five years had passed since their most recent album, 2015's Something Different, Sidewalk Prophets released The Things That Got Us Here.
