Dale Ann Bradley
Add to FavoritesDale Ann Bradley is an American bluegrass singer-songwriter. She is a five-time International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Female Bluegrass Vocalist of the Year. She is also a part of the bluegrass group New Coon Creek Girls.
Bradley has released 10 solo albums in her career, starting with 1997's East Kentucky Morning, which ranked in the top 10 albums on the Bluegrass Unlimited Chart. Bradley was born the daughter of a coal-mining Baptist minister in eastern Kentucky and grew up without running water or electricity.
She learned to play guitar at age 14, using a pick she made out of a milk jug.
